Description

The Original Mary Jane Creeper Shoe is classic buckle shoe constructed on a walled round-toe last, with a low-cut vamp and distinctive bar strap.

The Original Mary Jane Creeper 是一款帶搭扣的鞋款，採用圓頭鞋楦設計，鞋面較低，並配有獨特的橫帶。

Mary Jane 最初是 1902 年美國漫畫家 Richard Felton Outcault 創作的一部連環漫畫中的角色，而該角色在漫畫中的受歡迎程度足以讓一款鞋以她的名字命名。
1904 年，該漫畫的出版商前往聖路易斯世界博覽會，將「Mary Jane」這一名稱授權給 200 多家企業，其中包括 Brown Shoe Company，並使 Mary Jane 鞋成為受保護的設計款式。到了 1920 年代，這款鞋憑藉其獨特的單橫帶設計在「飛來波」（Flappers）群體中大受歡迎，此時它已不再是註冊商標的設計。

隨著次文化的重新演繹，Mary Jane 鞋成為了各種新興風格的一部分。
