Shipping Information
For orders placed (excluding the order date), in-stock items are shipped within approximately 1–3 business days; pre-order items are shipped within approximately 3–20 business days. Public holidays are excluded.
Home delivery service hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. No deliveries are arranged on national holidays.
Shipments may be delayed during holiday peak seasons, high order volumes, or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.
If selecting Home Delivery: Actual delivery time will depend on the courier’s assigned route.
If selecting Convenience Store Pickup: Please pay attention to the pickup notification message and collect your parcel within 7 days of arrival. Failure to collect may result in additional shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer.
