Online Order Payment Instructions

Once an order is placed, payment must be completed within three days.
If payment is not completed within three days, the system will automatically cancel the order, and the items will not be reserved.


Online Shopping Notice

Items with the following conditions are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Loose threads, remaining thread ends

  • Buttons not tightly sewn, unopened buttonholes

  • Detachable embellishments that can be sewn back

  • Color differences due to screen display

  • Creases caused by folding

  • Size mismatch

  • Discounted items

  • Perceived differences between the product and online images

Please place an order only if you can accept these conditions.

All items undergo detailed inspection prior to shipment.


In-Store Shopping Notice

Once the product has been inspected and confirmed in-store and the purchase is completed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.

Please carefully inspect the item before making your purchase.
