Once an order is placed, customers who choose bank transfer must complete payment within three days.
If payment is not completed within the specified period, the system will automatically cancel the order, and items will not be reserved.
In the event of repeated non-payment or abandoned orders, the store reserves the right to decline future orders to protect consumer rights.
Pre-order items will be procured and custom-ordered from overseas suppliers only after payment is completed.
Estimated arrival time is approximately 3 to 20 business days.
Once payment is made, no cancellations, changes, or returns will be accepted for any reason.
Pre-order items from overseas are considered customized purchases under a commissioned procurement agreement.
Once the buyer places an order and confirms the item, the custom procurement begins; therefore, the seven-day appreciation period does not apply, and no cancellations, changes, or returns will be accepted for any reason.
The following conditions do not constitute defects and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Loose threads or remaining thread ends
Buttons not tightly sewn / unopened buttonholes
Detachable embellishments that can be reattached
Color differences between display screens and actual products
Creases from folding
Size mismatch
Discounted items
Any perceived discrepancy from product photos
If a return or exchange is approved, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return and re-shipment fees.
Defective items may only be exchanged for the same style and size.
Exchanges for other products are not permitted.
If the item is out of stock, customers may choose another product, store credit, or request a refund.
For orders placed during promotional periods:
If a return causes the remaining items to fall below the promotion threshold, the retained items will be recalculated at original price.
Likewise, if the return causes the order to fall below the free-shipping threshold, original shipping fees will be charged.
Returned items must be kept in complete and original condition (including the product, accessories, gifts, etc.).
Any damage, removal of tags, or removal of labels will affect your eligibility for a return or exchange.
If a physical invoice was issued, it must be included with the returned item.
